Generally, we organize small tranining groups (5-20 people) for one topic. At each training session, a pofessional leader directs the training process (trainer) working with skill developing methods. Most trainings are run by the trainer, but sometimes it is more effective if two trainers lead the process, complementing each other, helping each other to increase the success of the training exercises.

When choosing a venue, it is important to have a room with furniture that can be re-arranged, which is suitable for holding a lecture or small group sessions, where members of the group can feel comfortable.
We also provide quality catering services (coffee and tea breaks, buffet or menu lunch, cozy dinner, etc.) as needed.
